Maybe you are stressed or worried or depressed, not eating frequently enough. I was at a point in my life where I wasn't eating much and when I did eat I didn't feel good. It was probably because I was starving most of the day and then would eat. Its best to eat 3 meals a day and a couple small snacks. Eat something every few hours to keep your blood sugar up.

Now days, if I wait too long before eating I will get a headache or will throw up or get very shakey.

Perhaps you eat too quickly. Try chewing each mouthful for much longer than you currently do. It really does help.

might have food intolerance. keep a record of what it is that eat and how you feel and take it to your doctor. food intolerance is not something that you are born with like an allergy its something you develop so it is worth going to your doctor for for better diagnosis

Depends on what you mean by "sick." Do you mean nauseaus, or lightheaded, or something else? Have you checked your blood sugar level after eating?
