My friend has had lots of boyfriends since starting year 8 and she is always asking me for advise about them. But the problem is that I want a boyfriend not like someone to show off just someone talk to. Am I being stupid please help!

No not at all, your only young! I'm fifteen and only had one boyfriend, and when he got heavy i legged it!
Now i just start off being friends with guys, and if it turns into something more then that's fine.
So i'd suggest getting to know boys as friends first because it's just better that way, for me at least.

First thing honey, don't ever call yourself stupid. Love yourself because you are unique. As for your wanting a bf to talk to, that is great. The best relationship are usually born from friendship. If your friend has had lots of bf since she was 8,I don't think she needs to much advise. Just tell her how you feel and let it go at that. If she doesn't understand that is her problem.

You're not stupid. Don't be so hard on yourself. A boyfriend at your age would be too much hassle and more upset in the future no doubt. Have lots of close friends to talk to. Much better than boyfriends. Don't worry about what your friends are foing and feeling you have to be like them. You are your own person and shouldn't feel pressured into anything.

No, you are definitely not being stupid. Here is some advice. Enjoy being single. The moment you start to enjoy being single (and I mean really start to enjoy it), you will find that special someone. Your friend may have had many boyfriends, but you have to think about how many break ups she had to go through. Break ups are hard to deal with, and I'm sure you don't want to go through that. Just be patient and the right guy will come along. Trust me. :)

No, your not being stupid, you just want to love someone and want someone to love you, go out there and be yourself , and find that right guy. You sound like a nice person, and you deserve to be happy, everyone does.

no your not being stupid! i use to think like that wen i was at school, take it your a virgin? you are thinking like this bacause you wanna get to know and trust the guy first before you loose your virginity to him. if so i agree, make him work 4 it and don't get drunk and just do it because every1 else does or belive me all the lads will remember you wen your a couple of years older xx
