I like the idea of a Baby theme dinner

For Valentine's Day wrap his gift(s) in "baby shower" wrapping paper, or put them in a "baby shower" gift bag. Make one of the gifts you give him something along the lines of a "World's Greatest Dad t-shirt, coffee mug or somethiing like that. and then get a second Valentine's Day card and sign it: "Love, Baby _________ (boyfriend's last name) XOXOXO. Make sure he open's that card last though. It'll be fun to see him eventually figure it out!

My sister did something creative to tell her husband she was pregnant and her husband loved it. She bought an infant outfit of his favorite football team and in the pocket was the positive pregnancy test.

send him a parent to be card with a bib that reads i love my daddy. then wait for him to get home with flowers and a foot massage.. that's what my man did. also try this my friend sent him a baby gift basket with a card that read...to my daddy to help take care of me love your son or daughter... and he was the hit of the unit all day with high fives, and she too got flowers and a night out and he even took care of the house so she could rest....good luck

Make him dinner with baby back ribs, baby corn etc. and if he dosent take the hint play pictionary...
ummm...take him out to a really nice resturant and tell him.

Have someone paint or write on your belly, "Under Construction", and then put on some nice sexy clothes (that covers your belly), and do a sexy dance for him or like a strip tease, and then when you expose your belly, see the reaction???? Good Luck and congrats. God Bless......
