What kind of spot. If you are referring to a cold sore and this may be because of the herpes zoster virus, then yes indeed you can pass this on by any type of oral contact. Have a doctor check it out.

depends what's causing the spot. is it just a zit? if so then zit's are not contagious! If it's a cold sore, caused by the herpes simplex virus then yes it can be passed on, but only when the sore is present, not when it's cleared up.

If it's a pimple it probably carries staff , if it's a cold sore herpes simples yes. If it doesn't go away see a doctor make sure it isn't cancerous

Yes, all spots contain bacteria so if that bacteria touches someone else's skin, it can be passed on very easily.
