I suggest a cardio treadmill heart scan, I just had one done for a similar pain and it might have saved my life, they found a blocked artery in my heart.

The heart is a muscle (but not one covered in the book). Read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. See a massage therapist.

I had similar pains for about a week and was diagnosed with GERD. It didn't feel like normal heart burn, and I thought it was actually my heart. I do recommend seeing a doctor though, so they can give you a proper answer.
