In folk medicine, cocoa seeds are used for intestinal infections, diarrhea, to regulate the thyroid, and as a mild stimulant. Also used for liver, bladder, and kidney ailments, for diabetes, diarrhea, and as a tonic 3. fortunately the worst side effects are excitability, sleep disorders (because of caffeine) allergic reactions, constipation (from tannin) and migraines (from amines). 4

Dark Chocolate carries a whole lot of antioxidents. The higher the coco, the better. Buy Dove Dark chocolate or Coco Via. They are very good for you. But that doesnt mean go eat chocolate every second of the day because its "healthy". It should be indulged in moderation :)
