There is a stream of water, polluted with NaOH, at flow rate of 25 cbm/h. How to remove NaOH from water, not interrupting its continuous flow?

The Navy does it with a resin exchange column substituting the Sodium with a Proton. (Cation exchange resin charged with acid,)
They also use an anion exchange resin to remove Chloride, etc.
