It is God's will that all mankind be saved through his only begotten Son Jesus Christ his only begotten son and the savior of the world.

An excellent plan - arrange it so that everyone dies at birth and goes straight to Heaven. This is obviously what God intended and explains why there's so much killing of new-born babies mentioned in the Bible - it's a subtle message pointing the way to instant admittance into Heaven.

I shall immediately go out and slaughter every new-born baby I can find - I'm sure their parents will be grateful.

(bet you $1,000 that there's someone that will read this and not recognise irony)

I posted a question about this once, and was told by several Christians that babies are born with original sin, and baptism washes that away. Presumably, an unbaptised baby would not go to Heaven.

Many people believe that if a child dies before reaching an "age of accountability," that child will go to heaven. The idea is that infants and young children are not mature enough to understand about sin and about Jesus' sacrifice for our sins, and therefore they are not held accountable for sin. Scripture seems to support this idea. Christians are "spiritually alive," and non-Christians are "spiritually dead." However, these terms can be misleading unless we understand what they really mean. Recall that the Bible says that God is a spirit (John 4:24), and we are told that humans were created in God's image (Genesis 1:26-27). Even though we all have a physical body while we live on the physical earth, all humans have a spirit because we were made in God's image. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 says that we are made up of "spirit, soul and body." Your body is aware of the physical world around you, your spirit is aware of God within you, and everything else is your soul, which is aware of "self." Pastors and Bible teachers often describe the soul as being made up of your mind (what you think), your will (what you want), and your emotions (what you feel). Every human, whether Christian or non-Christian, is made up of a body, a soul, and a spirit. THEN,God created Adam and Eve in the beginning and he put them into the Garden of Eden. He created them in his image, perfect, without sin. The Lord then put the man and woman in charge of all things on the earth. The Creator gave Adam and Eve one rule.16And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die” (Gen. 2:16, 17, NIV).
The old serpent enticed Eve to eat fruit from the tree; she then gave some fruit to Adam. Adam also disobeyed God and ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Because of their disobedience, the Lord opened their eyes to sin. They destroyed the perfect union they had with their Creator, and suddenly they knew separation for the first time. God put Adam and Eve over his created world and it's life because of Love for them. Adam and Eve were perfect in every way. Before they sinned, the first man and woman remind us of how much our Lord wants to recreate us into their image. ITs all because of SIN..

because God makes the rules... and that is The Rule.... follow God's rules.... or else you will ultimatly lose... mankind dose not get to make the rules.... and it dose no good to question why.... you do not have to follow them while you are here on this earth... that is your choice... but if you reject God then God will reject you... and that is not a good thing for you....

children under the age of accountability are not mentaly or emmotionaly capable of knowing enough to freely reject God... thus, they are spared if their mortal time ends prematurly.

It is only God who will decide if you will go to heaven or hell. You see there is also something like a judgment day.
