my boy freind hates my best freind casue she never comes thru for nothing .. andd my best freind shes jealous cause i dont spend time with her .she lives in tha same apt bulding as me never comes too see me or calls or nothing she always wants me to go to her house .

Sounds like your bff is jealous.
You only see your bf once a week, so why don't you set aside a certain day to spend with your bff, and another day for your bf ?
The bf, though you don't really see him that often, sounds like more of a friend,by the way, and your bff was probably jealous that he was there for you when you 2 were fighting...feeling like she was replaced, and jealous that another friend can sort of help you,besides just her. That is what I'd call a jealous friendship.

try setting some time aside for your friend too. I understand it might be hard to blance the situation that your in. So spend Saturday with your friend and if you're planning a date your boyfriend just put it on friday nights or sundays. Just try to tell him that your friends are important too like they are to him and i think he'll understand. Good luck!:)
