Seriously, it may be your boss. I heard many stories of people finding out the boss was the culprit. Most people think it is someone else like your co-worker or the guy that nobody likes and smells funny, but it was probably your boss.
Be sure to put your name on everything. If possible hide your lunch. I knew a person that would put some of their lunch in the butter compartment. I wouldn't think many perople would look there.

definite. countless years in the past at a job, my lunch became getting stolen quite many times, 2-3 situations a week. I used to continuously have some chocolate chip cookies in my lunch bag to snack on in the course of the day. So after countless weeks of this happening, I made some hand-crafted chocolate chip cookies "spiced" with Exlax....did not take very lengthy to make sure who became the criminal.

I am not quite sure yet, but I have ruled out vegetarians they usually don't steal ham.
