The process of organisms changing until they develop new abilities or become a new species is what we like to call Evolution.

it seems you are seeking a spiritual explanation to evolution. One of the best people I have discovered is Deepak Chopra. He is amazing and seems well knowledgeable in this field. His approach combines both science and spirituality. Number 1 in my view. Some of his stuff can be downloaded free on LIMEWIRE. Or you can go onto ebay and find cheap products. His tapes show how you can break free of limitations and discover the wealth within each and every one of us, but in a spiritual scientific way.
