Just remember, some of the oily fish (salmon for example) may be a bit higher in calories, but it is extremely good for you because of the omega-3 fatty acids.

just because oil and vinegar has no flavor doesnt mean it has no calories. look at the bottle of olive oil... it has like 14 grams of fat. choose a yummy low fat dressing. The lowest one that still tastes good that ive found is about 7 grams of fat per 2 tbsp.
