Shower and make sure you exfoliate well to remove any dead skin cells.

Then apply something like baby powder to make sure any excess moisture is picked up!

As for hair, you can get things specially designed to absorb grease in between washes if you don't have that use baby powder works just as well!!

Penny, if you have grease on you it is probably because of the grease from the car's engine, you must have been under the hood checking the spark plugs, but seeing that you are a woman (and if you are a guy, sorry) well, I feel for you, cause grease is usually all over the engine, or, if you work at a pork factory, well there's a lot of grease there too, or, if you greased the bearings to your bicycle, you might of got the grease there, now, if you haven't taken a shower for a long time, well, I guess grease has a way of creeping up and sneaking up to your skin and hair and eyes and ears and you feet too, so, I suggest you go to a head shrinker (psychiatrist) and talk it over with him (or her) and maybe he (or her) could help you find out how in the dickens you got all that grease all over you, oh, and if you have a thing about weight, maybe you should go on a diet. thank you and please, keep your hair out of your eyes.

You can use "Degunkify" by Herbal Essence (hair only) you have to use "Drama Clean" Conditioner. You can buy this at Meijer. I use it and that's the only place I've found it. It works really good.
