Why was it so important for her to know how you felt about her, if she was only going to tell you that she didn't feel the same way about you? Either she had someone on the other line, or she's harboring feelings for you as well.

i think that you should just be friends because it seems that she is not really interested in you. i think that she just likes you as a friend, that is all. You should not get your hopes up because the way it seems is that she just want to stay friends. If you feel that you are going to fall in love you shouldnt get way into her, because i think that is not worth it. You need to coinain yourself.

she wouldnt ask you that if she isnt a good person.she told you what she thinks and you have to respect her fealings.but there is a little one chance that she asked you that because she likes you too in the bf/gf kind of way.
