Check with your local Ford dealer. They can likely order it for you. If they say no, call several other dealers. Someone will order it for you. No one is going to have one on the lot to sell.

Nope as others have said, it's only allowed for sale to certain fleets mainly police, sheriff, and other law enforcement.
As the other guy said, the suspension package can be ordered and will set it up just like the suspensions in the police cars with out the crappy looking back seat.
You can order the grill, hub caps, and some police interceptor badging from the Ford dealer who will sell it to anybody if you want the look without the badge.
Actually the package the salesman described sounds more like what is usually ordered in a police package for a sheriff. A Sheriff's car (I'm talking about a optioned police car) looks just like a civilian unit but has a few more wires for the police gear.
But the best cop car I've seen is what the local county sheriff rides around in. It's a Mercury murauder that was modified for police work by Ford. Be warned though.. looks just like a base murauder and runs like it.. mainly has the computer hookups set up in the car.

No you cannot order it as a private citizen. Even a police officer cannot flash a badge and hope to buy one. You have to be the designated vehicle manager for the police department to order one.
You're best bet is to get one at auction from a small town police department. If you just want the look, you can buy a regular Crown Vic and purchase the exterior parts from the Ford parts dept. The Interceptor package includes upgraded brakes, alternator (for all the electronics), suspension, and motor.

Yes
You can order this vehicle from Ford. You wiull have to order the Premium Sport and Handling package. You can also get the blacked out grille. It will not have Interceptor on the vehicle. Banks on spending at least 31k as the base price is about 28K on the LX platform. You may also want to go to your Lincoln Mercury dealer and check out the Marauder (same chassis already fixed up) Please be advised though, a Honda Accord V 6 coupe can still out run both of these vehicles.

The answer is "almost".
You won't get the full package, but the taxi package is almost identical except for the shocks, I think. And you certainly won't get the pursuit wheel and tires.
But just the sight of a regular Crown Vic already screams "law enforcement". :D
THere's an outfit in San Francisco that sells slightly used Crowne Vics by law enforcement for right about 10000 or so, usually just a few years old and about 40K on the odo. It's called... You guessed it "Crown Vic Auto". Some even come with leather seats! :) (Must be VIP transport or Chief's personal car)

Take a look on ebay. I saw a seller with an '07 P71 crown vic. The car was BRAND NEW asking price was around $26k. It was only a few days ago that I saw it, hopefully it's still there.
I loved driving my P71 (which I bought brand new from a ford dealer for $23k)

Sorry, but Ford only sells those cars new to police agencies. When your local department is ready to get rid of their old cars, go to the auction and buy one then.
But as for getting them new from Ford...that ain't gonna happen.

no, you can't get it. sorry, that would be pretty sweet, wouldn't it. You'd own the road! the only way to get the package is to become a cop.
