cholesterol helped my hair, i dont get relaxers and my hair is a big *** fro after i wash it, i have very thick hair i was literally ripping it out, now that i use cholesterol less hair comes out and it softer. also keep your ends mosturized, it is the oldest part of your hair so it breaks more and needs to be taken care of the most, keep your ends trimmed too!!!!!

Edit: cholesterol costs no more than 3 dollars, you can get it all walgreens or walmart, in the black hair section! if u are white, then only use a little or use what u think is a good amount, dont be afraid to buy it, or use it, just because it says for black peoples hair doesnt mean u cant use it, i use a few hair products that are suppose to be for white hair, but it works, and my hair is gorgeous people love it!!!!
