How do I delete a program I downloaded from Morpheus?

I downloaded this game from morpheus, but i doesn't work.
When i open it i just see a black window for a couple of secconds.
Everytime i try to delete it, it says "Cannot delete, close any other applycations that may be using this file and try again"
I dont have any open program and it still says that.
