It doesn't matter. All religions seek the same God.
Problem is they all want to think God belongs to them exclusively. The idea that any real God would by definition belong to all of mankind is too much for their tiny little religious thought system to comprehend. So they continue on in their silly dream of an exclusive God that they have some kind of a patent on.
God has always been just God. Loving and available to every person that ever existed. It never mattered to Him/Her what language they spoke or what name in that language they used to show their respect for Him with.
Love and blessings Don

If I chose the wrong god, I'd rather be screwed over than choose the right god and live forever.

I agree with another one of your answers - God chose me. BUT, just in case I did get it wrong and when I die there's nothing there, then at least my life here on earth has been transformed since following Jesus. It's full of purpose, fun, belonging, freedom, grace, acceptance, forgiveness, peace, hope etc etc - all the stuff that most people crave but never find because they don't look to Jesus; the only One able to give it.

Having complete faith in their chosen god prevents them from honestly asking this question of themselves. But if you look at the odds, with all the different kinds of gods people believe in throughout the world, all or most of them have to be wrong.

There is no "wrong" God. There is only Allah. Whether or not they realize it, Christians and Jews worship the same God as the Muslims. The only disparity comes from whether you believe Jesus (pbuh) is "the Messiah" or a Prophet of Allah.

inspect Psalms 83:18 in an older version of the Bible. The extra recent variations tend to edit out God's call. there is many diverse techniques human beings say it like "YHWH" even though all of it refers back to the comparable call which in english is translated Jehovah.

NO! Because we know His voice.
Jhn 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Jhn 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand.
Jhn 10:29 My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father's hand.
Jhn 10:30 I and [my] Father are one.
HE is the only GOD!
