He previously cheated on me, now we are doing okay since the incident. But I am having a hard time getting over it. HELP!!!

Cheating often brings one of two realizations -
1. They think they can get away with it and be forgiven
2. They find out it's just not worth risking a good thing.
I hope it's 2. Either way, it's worth a 2nd chance just to find out. Your forgiveness has to be absolute though. You can NEVER bring it up again. Not even allude to it.

It's not a matter of if you should or not, it's more a matter of being able to trust him again. Like you say, you haven't been able to get over it. Trust is a very fragile thing and when it's not treated with care, it doesn't break... it shatters. That makes it very difficult to put it all back together. The truth is that your mistrust will be a splinter in the relationship unless you can get back to where you were before the betrayal, a splinter that will not allow your relationship to grow. Ask yourself: "Can I forgive and forget and move on?" Be honest, and you'll have your answer. Good Luck

You need to be very careful. If hes cheated on you once what makes you think he wont do it again. Things may be ok at the moment, but if I were you I wouldnt be able to trust him anymore no matter what he said or did. And without trust theres no point in having a relationship

you have two options you can leave which i see that is not
what you gonna do or you forgive that man because you
can not hold that over his head his head the one thing i
notice is we women say we do this and do that but we are
perfect i am saying about myself because if the shoes
was on the other foot and you cheated and he had hard time
trusted you, how will you feel, just don't keep throwing up
in his face because it will make him cheat again,pls you
can,t change it so just move on with both your life
just keep on living and continue to build up the relationship again.
yes you should but take day by day that all. and not sweat him
and develop trust like we he go out don,t sweat him about it
then he will know you are beginning to trust again.

Well that's kind of tricky if he cheated on you then I don't think he deserves your trust again, but if you gave him another chance you have to get over it or the trust thing is going to get in your way for the rest of your relationship, and it will end up ruining it. So if you can't get over it now, then chances are you never will and you'll be wasting both your times. Good luck hon!

It will take time to get over it b/c he betrayed your trust..You should ask your self why he cheated and wonder if it is a good reason to forgive him...Not some lame reason like"I was drunk" most guys know what happens when they get drunk and what will happen but it is up to you to decide if he is worth forgiving because trusting him again will be one of the hardest things you have to do...

Girl just dump him for good becuz he cheated on u with another girl n in his mind that the other girl is better than u ever be...thats the only reason y ur bf cheated on u...and if he loves u n stuff he will never have cheated in the first place so just dump him ok

Thats harsh....a cheater will always be a cheater..u should of left him because once u show forgivness to what he has done he will or can do it again later on and he'll believe u will forgive him the second time around..Once you loose that trust that relationship just went downhill.. You should move on...trust me u don't wanna be hurt again!

Do NOT get over it to fast be cautious and make him earn your trust back. Most people who cheat the first time tend to cheat again, so EYES OPEN!!!

You didn't say how old is he ! in any way if you cought him cheating on you , you can tell if he is cheating on you by tow things .
Is he always boared with no hoppies , the second thing keep watching his eyes does he still look at pretty womens in the streets or a round . I hope he dosn't.
