I see Jer is in the news again today. When Jerry said that:

"only terrorists were to blame but he believed attempts to secularize America had prompted God to lift the veil of protection" that had shielded the United States from attacks in the past."

What is the most likely psychological explanation for such thought processes? Is it drugs?

The simplest and most likely psychological explanation would be that Falwell is f*cking nuts.

He like all politicians say what the public wants to hear. See what you did you bad guys now god is going to get you for that.
Like a brat telling on his brother.
He is rich by knowing what the people want to hear.
It is like the snake oil salesman of the past. Your talking major money here. They are on the Forbes list of 400 richest men in America. So he laughs at people all the way to the bank.
What is a mystery to me is why people think that giving money to a rich man gets them in good with God.
He isn't even a nice rich man.
Very little good is actually done with the money that is contributed

Yes;Any Believer can Commune with God,

Can anyone look at the Disasters taking place,and not recognize what is going on?The "Experts" keep reaching for Words to explain what is taking place.God has set the Rules,He works
thru,Willing Believers.Satan has to work thru willing Unbelievers.
But,God in His Time,Can do (Devine Correction),to get Man Or World"s Attntion.When Man, does"t "Listen He (God) turns up the Heat.I used Correction in stead of (Judgement )
