There is no way to ERASE it from you memory. Sorry. You need to focus 100% on your work and not look at it again.

your out of luck while you can clear out what has happened on your computer, the server that give you and everyone at your job access to the internet has recorded your activity. If your company has newest version of firewall it will alert the system administrator about your activities.
Folks you can not hide your activities of what you have done on your computer at work, it is very easy for the system administrator to do an audit on your computer and he does not even have to physically be at your computer to do it, he can do it from his office.

it should be in the tools tab somewhere. delete browsing history, cookies, temp files. and so on. oh and go to a shrink. you may have hyper sexuallity. i was diagnosed with it and i had a porn addiction at the time. we both really need girlfriends.
