It has been going on for thousands of years. We have been into for just a little while. It will end when they decide to listen to the U.S. Military advisers and make good enough policy's to support themselves.

The war will end when the world converts to hydrogen combustion engines and fuel cells. If the world doesn't need as much oil any more, the middle east would have nothing to sell and they would run out of money. You can't fight without money.

it won't. those folks have been fighting for centuries. they can't handle peace.as far as with the united states, it will be a long time coming. we are the anti-whatever they believe in. and for the most part it isn't the mainstream it is the radicals. they run everything by fear, religon and the threat of murder. it is sad that 90% of the people are controlled by 5% of the radical, murderous type. maybe the other 5% can guide them out of the darkness of ignorance. not islam or muslims just the middle east equivilent of the ku klux klan.

Well there has beenw ar there for thousands of years, theya re always starting problems with someone. The US is trying to stomp out the fire but it seems as though we may just be giving it air, however if we withdrawl they will be emboldened to continue their battle to regain palastine (destroy israel and take over the land) and convert everyone to islam like theyve been trying to do it forever.

war will never end in the middle east. You have Israel there and even if they were moved/destroyed, the people there would probably still fight like they have throughout history..... Iran/Iraq War, Iraq/Kuwait war (before the US came in), Russia/Afganistan, etc....
