is there a landline phone receiver in the market that i can use my bluetooth mobile headset to pickup calls?

bluetooth is short range so i have my doubts; what i want is a landline phone system that i can use to make long calls with a wireless headset which is as cool as the mobile bluetooth headset. thanks!

Just an example: Panasonic sells a line of Bluetooth-capable cordless phone systems. Not only can you pair a Bluetooth-capable headset to a handset, you can pair a Bluetooth-capable cell phone to the base and pick up your phone calls on your cordless handset.
