i just watched the show Supersize Me. now as a healthcare professional, i know mcdonalds is very bad, full of fat, sodium and other horrible things. still once a month, like clock work, i crave it and usually give in. i feel like crap after. there is a reason for this. anything that tastes that good....is bad for you. it's that simple. if you haven't caught the show....this guy did an experiment where he ate nothing but mcdonalds for one month. was supervised by 3 doctors who monitored his health and blood work during that time. his liver enzymes and cholesterol climbed dangerously high to a point where the doctors wanted him to end the experiement. if you are young you can pull off the junk food for a while, but it will catch up with you .... and bad habits now will only lead to bad ones in the future....obesity is becoming a leading cause of death in US. did that help?

Well i loveeee Taco Bell, so nobody tell me what they do to their food Please(what i don't know wont hurt me). Anways yes some do tend to TAINT your food if you're asking for it.

When i was in high school i worked at a fast food plcae wont say name incase a fave to some , but this customer was so rude to the drive thru person, i mean really rude to where you dropped your jaw u were so appalled anyways, well there was the lady who really needed a job she was living at a bus stop, she got the mean lady and went in the back took the meat and rubbed it between her butt cheeks the butt she always would pick eeww throughout her shifts.
Well she served it , ireported her No one diserves that whether their rude or not, she could have given her a disease that could make her really sick.
So just incase be nice to people who handle your food, they go through alot and you could be the 1 out of 25 already that hurt their feelings and your the last one they can handle.

Everyone I know who actually worked at McDonald's actually refuses to eat there (not sure exactly why, but it can't be good). I can't eat most fast food because it makes me sick to my stomach (my husband loves them so we go every once in a while). Also there are particular shops I avoid because I always end up with a mild case of food poisoning.

Wendy's grilled chicken sandwiches and sandwich shops like Subway are the only things I would actually endorse, but even these vary from store to store.

McDonalds is okay if you once in a while eat a salad--they do have a variety. Otherwise, the fries and burgers are full of fat and calories.

Go to Subway--at least there you can get meat with nutritional value (roast beef, turkey, tuna), and enough veggies to constitute a serving. You could also eat a flavorful baked potato at Wendy's--a baked potato is healthy.

First off, if you wanna know whats really in McDonlads food, go to Blockbuster and rent "SuperSize Me". It's a full length DVD on how McDonalds has changed our country in a BAD way. I have to tell you though, its a really mind blowing movie, very well made. Also, probably the most healthiest fast food out there is probably Subway. Only if its a six inch with like barely anything on it.

i used to work at mcdonalds in the uk, and i can honestly say the only things that are fried, are the fries, chicken products and the apple pies. i did hear of 1 incident where sperm was found in the mcflurrys, so i would avoid these. some people are really grose and do mess with peoples food, but for the majority of fast food workers, it really isn't worth losing your job over....
so remember if you want hot, tasty, well presented food - be nice to your waiting staff - they do serve the food...

fast food joints as the world health organization says are really harzadous to one's health considering the fact the the excess of fat and oil causes obesity which creates heart related diseases such as strokes. therefore it is best to eat food from home or a restaurant so as to keep your self safe. i.e fast food joints are not 'bad' but rather not safe for our health. hope this helps

Hahaha! To each his/her own.

Could not think of a healthy fast food restaurant simply because most fast food are fried.

you cant be serious.. of course its bad for you.. find healthy substitutes for the foods you love.. instead of fried french fries bake them, get soy milk instead of regular, have a boca burger instead of beef.. you might find you like them better.. its about your health at this point..
