then why did he sacrifice himself to himself?
That doesn't make any sense.

It's weird how I never get a straight answer to this question.

You are right he was not g-d but the son of G-d a man not some half man half g-d person that is a lie!

And it would break the first commandment thou shall have not other g-ds before him.

And it would go against the most important commendment in all of Israel the she ma Duet 6:4 That YHWH alone is G-d!

The son is one with the Father in intent and purpose! They the Father and the Son agree as one!

They are seperate, but are the same at the same time. It doesn't make much sense, but when you let the idea soak through understanding, then it does. Godhead three in one. JUST LIKE WITH COOKIES! it takes different ingredients to make them, but the ingredients are still different blended into one thing.

so Jesus is a part of God that went to hell for 3 days and took the sin of the world with Him. (or is it differently spoken, like the sin of the world made Him go there?)

He (Jesus) is God as a human being. His only Begotten Son of God here on earth to be sacrificed for our sins. The man God had to be flesh(born under original sin) and die to sacrifice our debts. The veil had to torn. The body that is full of sin is very nasty smelling to God. We all will have to die before we meet him.

Would you prefer that he sacrificed you instead?

The sacrifice of Jesus was not for God, but for man. That is why it isn't God who has to accept it before a person is saved. It is the person who has to accept it. God did not sacrifice himself to himself. He sacrificed himself to you.

Now it is up to you to accept (or reject) that sacrifice.

yes he was or better he is God, he came to earth as a man and sacrifice him self to clean our sins, so we could go to the father and have salvation, but we need to reconized Jesus as ours savior.

If Jesus was really God why did he dress in the Roman God style being sandals and toga when he could have had any clothes from the Armani collection by just twitching his nose... being God.

Jesus was a messenger of Allah. He had flesh on his body like normal human beings... .
Your question is good and to the point comprehensive..

Jesus himself told everyone not to bow to him as he is not GOD. That right there should explain it to anyone who truely believes. Otherwise, they are not learning from the scriptures. We owe it to ourselves and to GOD to read the bible and find out this information for ourselves. Otherwise, people will continue to listen to other people who have it all wrong. Thank you and GOD bless. In Jesus's name, AMEN.

Christians believe Jesus to be the son of God.

Hopefully that clears some things up for you :)
