its not very big...but its fat or like a lump...it hurts sometiems even if i dont touch it or dont do anything with it..

Please take your concerns to a doctor. If the spot is suspicious it needs to be addressed and removed right away.
My dad was diagnosed with melanoma 6 years ago and they've been picking spots off of him ever since. Early detection is best.

Moles that do not pose a potential problem DO NOT hurt. Get to your doctor's.
