If your mother is an immigrant, and therefore living (legally) in the US, she merely needs to wait 5 years and apply for citizenship. There is nothing you can do to speed that process. If she is not living in the US, you can apply to sponsor her, but expect it to take many years. If she is here illegally, you probably need to see an immigration attorney.

Is she a permanent resident? If she's not, she might be able to petition to be a permanent resident on the basis of having to support you. Once she's a permanent resident it's five years before she can take the test to be a citizen.

You have to be 21 to petition for her. However, if she is deported before then there will be a 10 year ban on her being able to return.
