False. =S You are still a sinner no matter what. Sin is passed down from the man, and no one has ever been born without a man and woman, except Adam and Eve, who both sinned. If you commit the tiniest sin in the history of the world, you're still a sinner. You need to know Jesus to go to heaven.

yeah we are good in our eyes but what about Gods?
just look at His ten commandments
every lied-
cheated-
stolen-
hated-
that's only a few of them. and according to Him the wages of sins is death (even these little things, because they separate us from Gods perfect nature)
and if we stand before a Gods court of law, with His laws and He sees all the laws we have broken. if he were a good judge would he let you go? no! But someone has stood up in the middle of that court and said --I will pay the price for those sins.
And his name is Jesus Christ. Just believe in him.
That is how we are going to make it through Gods court.

It's not what you do, it's what you believe. If you live perfectly your entire life, but deny God or Jesus, then you don't get to heaven. God just tells us to believe that Jesus is the Son of God and be saved through that realization. Live for God and you will live forever in heaven. That's pretty much the main point.
