how many years would it take a person to grind here teeth down at the front?

It really depends on the severity of the "grinder." Some many years, while others not as many. The earlier may not shift the jaw alignment as far when grinding and the later may really be chewing away on all their teeth. Most dentist can tell from the wear pattern on the teeth. Ask for more details, they will be happy to explain. For now, have a nite guard made before you do too much damage to your teeth and jaws. Hope I've helped, good luck!

It is my guess, that people whom have grinded their front teeth down, would be at the very least, 40 years old...but that may be guessing too young. Maybe 50 years old....so it does take some time, to grind the front teeth down.

I'm not sure what you mean, but a dentist can pull out you teeth in just a few minutes.

do you mean to make them even all around, and will you be using a tool or just grinding them together? not enough info.
