North or South, the registered owner of the car would get the penalty points only if she's from the north, you can't get penalty points as it's not your car that the offense took place in/with, and as you are from the south you wouldn't get any on your license anyway because it happened up there. I think if she names you as the driver of her car at the time she can get in trouble for other stuff too.

this has happened to me very recently only it was a northern registered company car so i had to admit it......in short they sent me a letter saying they couldnt prosocute me but if i applied for a uk driving license in the next three years the points would be on it....hahahahahahaha ive been driving like a lunatic ever since muwahahahahaha your freind will get the points if he/she dosnt name someone...... u wont get done if she names u
