INGREDIENTS:
10-2/3 cups instant nonfat powdered milk
6 oz. jar powdered nondairy creamer
4 cups powdered sugar
2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 bag mini marshmallows
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir gently to mix well. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place. This makes 17 cups of mix.
For one serving, stir 3 tablespoons Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix into 1 cup of hot water until dissolved. I prefer using hot milk in place of the hot water, for a richer and more gentle taste.

I use 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla per cup. Blend it together in the pan while it's heating -- measurements are rough, because I usually end up just putting in a little of each, tasting, and then adding a bit more of whatever I think it needs at the time.

Well, I always take the easy way out: I buy chocolate milk in the store and then heat it in the microwave at home. I put that whipped cream that comes in a can on it. Mmmmmm.....

Place about 1/4 cup water in sauce pan. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, about 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup sugar. stir and heat until sugar is desolved and cocoa powder is well distributed. add 2 cups milk . This recipe can be adjusted if you want it more chocolaty add more cocoa powder, sweeter add more sugar.
