It's just another day that is over-hyped. Don't sweat it. Think of all the people on this message board who are in sucky relationships and have to spend Val Day with that insignificant other. Wouldn't you much rather be alone than in one of those relationships. Yes, I thought so.

Have some friends over and cook dinner and drink wine. That's what we did last V-day. It was fun and not lonely at all.

yeah it's normal..... I think that its all overrated any how... who needs one day for one person to say that they love you when 364 days out of the year you have all your friends and family there to do it, and they will always be around for you.
