A teacher should not give verbal abuse to a student but you as a student should mind your teacher. If you were not supposed to be in that room using that microwave you should have just left. Students can get into serious trouble with the law if they start a problem on school grounds.
You should never have thrown your burrito at the wall or used any bad language if you did. It would have been much better and more adult like to walk out and later report her verbal abuse to the principal.
The problem with using this as verbal abuse is that if you two were in that room alone it becomes heresay or your word against hers. And you will probably lose. If another student or teacher heard her call you names, now you have proof.
If I was you I would drop it. Anyone can say something if they are having a bad day and get angry. You can say something bad too and you would want her to cut you slack.
Let it drop but if she seems to zero in on you and pick on you then you need to report her. Just make sure you are following the school and teachers rules.

Not really. You can't prove to anyone the tone of voice that teacher used at you. But that teacher can prove that: 1) you used your burrito to grafitti the wall; 2) attempted to gauge the density of the door by repeated blows; 3) never really were attempting to heat up your burrito by using the freezer. Your angry outburst could've been construed as assaultive behavior to an educator.

No. She is the teacher and that means you need to respect her requests. If she was genuinely berating you ( swearing at you, calling you ethnic or racial slurs, etc.) that would be considered verbal abuse, in which case you can get together with your parents and inform the principal of her behavior. THAT is how you resolve a situtation like that. However, it does not appear that the teacher did any of those things and thus your acting out in the way you did was completely INAPPROPRIATE and IMMATURE. She didn't deserve to have to put up with that outburst. Please consider this before acting out in the future.

Its those damn burritos!
Without them,
1.) you wouldn't have had to use the microwave.
2.) you would'nt have had anything to throw at the wall.
3.) you would'nt have a "Fat A**" so the teacher would never have called you that.
Next time, bring a sandwich.

Wait a minute... Your avatar says "sewar tank." You went to a freezer? to heat a burrito? You were punching the walls? Have you heard of anger management? Get a grip, sounds like you are looking for trouble. If you present the facts with your angry demeanor, you loose validity to your argument. Jus my opinion.

I think that it would definately be considered verbal abuse. There is no reason why a teacher, someone who is considered an authority figure at a school, should ever talk to a student that way. I would definately file a complaint. Next time just keep your cool and head to the office and file a complaint.

Where exactly was this microwave you were using? The only microwaves I ever recall at school were in the teachers conference room. Which you are not allowed to be in there. If this is the case, then this is a lack of respect on your part and a big overreaction again on your part.

You are such a jackass I can't believe it. You have not been abused, you have been disrespectful, disobedient and have lost your anger and all sense of courtesy. You are TOTALLY in the wrong.

Sounds to me as if you went where you weren't supposed to, you were told to get out and you threw a fit.
Youth today... no respect, just whine, whine, whine.
