Which fuse?? There is not an internal one, you may have one in the connection unit on the wall, in which case prise the little cover out and remove the cartridge fuse and fit a replacement. Otherwise the fuse/mcb is in your consumers unit. If the heater has been covered or the charge controller has failed, the reset button is under the top cover. Post back with what you mean if you need more information.

as the guy above,storage heaters have a thermal link which come in 2 forms a fuse (like thing) or a button reset thing.

to reset usually have 2 screws at the back by the wall and 2 on the bottom. the "conver comes off, and the thermal fuse is either on the bottom or top rhs of the heater (cant remember)
