Other than lemon juice? I'm running out of lemon and need to marinate the chicken breast pieces. Thanks!

Vinegar will work. It's a mild acid and tenderizes meat the same way that lemon juice (citric acid) does.

I never use tenderizer. I will occasionally marinate chicken in Italian or sesame ginger salad dressing.
Oily salad dressings will have the right acid to oil ratio and it the easy way out.

Do you want to tenderize, or marinate. If you want to marinate, try Italian Salad Dressing. It is really good.
