Tough question, many different answers, plus depends on the guy and the setting. So, say you are in a class, a common interest. That would work. You could ask questions, and then ask, hey, could I get your number maybe I can ask you something else later. Now, if you are at a club or a total stranger, (no common interest), the guy could feel that you are coming on to him and perhaps that you are easy. That is much harder and depends on the guy and setting. Rock concert and you ask... you are a ho. Nice class on say history, he may not have a problem and even be flattered. If you are in a laundry mat, you could ask a question about the service or about the business, then lead into needing to make more contacts in the area, could I get your number and maybe hang out sometime... that is iffy. Decide on how he is dressed and how the conversation goes. Lastly, straight out ask the guy, ... ever had a woman ask for your number...yes, no, maybe does not matter, and see how they respond. Hope that helps.

Sure! I personally would find this rather quaint. What's wrong with wanting to hang out for a while? Why would the gal be a "ho" for asking and doing this? And how is this a lot of questions?

As a shy guy myself, I must say that this is totally OK. I like aggressive women but not pushy women as that could look like you're desperate. It's all about attitude, if you act like a ho you will look like a ho. Being aggressive is totally different. If more girls did that I wouldn't still be a virgin.

no way, guys like a girl that is in control like that, and isnt afraid to make the move. Many guys feel pressured to always have to maek the move, and its a relief when a girl does it. It just is a turnoff if a guy sees you make the same move to a different guy in a bar each night, thats when the "ho" label comes in.

Yes, for the most part guys are really happy and appreciative of a woman who takes the first step. I have always like a woman who started talking to me, and I havent met a guy who didnt.

Personally I think its awsome when a girl I've never met before talks with me, and I think girls should show more initiative to talk with guys instead of always the guys.

Shows a confident girl. I asked my hubby out and now we are married with two lovely boys so if i didnt he wouldnt as he is so shy. i have confidence and some men love it but then some dont like it as they dont know how to handle it really.
Its up to you and dont worry what others say.

i know that if a random girl started talking to me and wanted to hang out or whatever it would make me happy, i would like it. as long as its not creepy where she like follows him around everywhere and always looks at him then starts talking to him and is weird about it. but if shes casual about it, yeah, that'd be cool.

Guys like being approached by girls - it takes the pressure off of us! We don't have to worry about being shot down because she approached us first!
