Sometimes depending on what you eat can make you feel bloated or even develop gas. I would recommend that you pay attention to the foods you eat and how you feel afterwords to determine if its a particular food or foods making you feel this way, and also try including fiber in your daily diet and even try some OTC meds such as Mylanta for gas, Tums because it could be indigestion, if symptoms are persistent seek medical attention.

Some problems with the organs in the abdominal region could be the reason for stomach pain. Since most cases of stomach pain are non-serious, they can be treated at home. I found a lot of information on stomach ache and home remedies for stomach ache at http://www.aches.in/stomachpain.html

Sounds like IBS. Talk to your doctor. They have a medication that can help with that---if that's what you have. You need to see your doctor regardless. Make sure you are eating enough fiber. That is the first thing your doctor is going to tell you to do--eat fiber.
