He says that he's into me , but when we talk I call him, and when i see him It's because I initiate. I'm confused, and I really really like him, and he says he feels the same but i'm not sure. Advice PLEASE!!!

Just stop handling the relationship unilateral for a while.for example for 2 weeks : stop calling him ,then you will find out if he really cares about you because in this case he will be worried to miss you .unfortunately guys are like this,if you were always the one that handle the relationship they won't do anything to improve it even they love you .so don't let him feel like a Narcissist .
