What can I do to get rid of urges?

I sometimes have urges (I get aroused). And I can't do anything about it, because I don't masturbate and I don't plan on doing it, ever, and I plan on waiting till marriage for sex, even though im not a virgin anymore..

Anyways, what are some tips that would help or what can I do to get rid of the urges?

What Ur going through is natural. So is masturbation. Ur hormones R running wild. When I was young I would get hard if the wind blew. Ur just going 2 have 2 take Ur mind some where else or keep ice on Ur self. This will keep happening 4 several more years. u outta get relieved to get rid of stress & help Ur problem go away. Hope this helps or gives U something 2 think about.
