First off ask yourself if maybe he the type of guy that doesn't like to rush into things.. You could be trying to hard to turn him on and he feels turned off by it..Be yourself and things will be natural.Some guys do not to be rushed into things..As a last thing to do is to Come right out and ask him what he finds sexy

With a name like party girl you seem down. Get some thing nice to wear in the ........ and get down to business. Or you could take him out or cook him dinner and have it by candle light together. Nice bubble bath is good and then see how things pan out.

drink alcohol or smoke some weed then start asking him sexual question and ask him what he wants you to do then do it really slow and talk through it. he will love it. take control.
