Just so that you knw, I haven't received any dvd selections that I haven't paid for. I just didn't order the last 2 out of the 5 I agreed to purchase. So I haven't rec'vd any item and not paid for it. I just haven't ordered anything else from them.

If u recieve DVD and you don't pay for them then yes they can...

Did you recieve them at a discounted price? sometimes in the contract it states that they they will charge you the regular price of the dvd if you do not complete the agreement. So if you got DVD's at a discounted price they will most likely send you a bill for the actual price of the dvd then if you don't pay they can send it to a credit bureau....

If you paid full price on all of the DVD's you recieved and they never sent you a gift or gave u a discount then they can't report it to anyone and you owe them nothing.
