Don't let it bother you. People are just more comfortable with what they think they know, and then they get stuck in their left-brain judgment mode. It's the same throughout the entire world. Sometimes 10 years makes a difference, or even 15. Have a happy day, and I send you a gummy bear.

Knowingly, I have not attended a Mormon worship service to date (excluding seeing theOak Ridge Boys with the Mormon tabernacle choir); yet I have been told recently I sound Mormon and have received a few emails recently from Mormons/ex-Mormons. I have not read the 'Joseph Smith' book(s) either.

You need to stop believing everything your leaders tell you and seek out the truth, I am an ex-mormon and thats why they tell you to stay away from nonmormon propaganda, because they don't want you to know the truth and if you have a tesimony, what will it hurt?! By the way I was taught AS A MORMON that everyone was going to hell and satan was after me, that Gid was like big brother and was watching me and I could only have nonmormon friends as long as they converted to my religion, otherwise...stay away. I was once told a story that Billy graham healed a Mormon at a crusade and that person went back to his Bishop and they prayed for him to undue the healing because they thought that Billy graham had healed him with satanic powers and the guys leg was rebroken. Whats up with that?! By the way, i never saw a miracle when I was a mormon, now that I am a Christian, I have seen healings and prophecies and people having demons cast out of them. I think you need to at least look at www.saintsalive.com, its a little out there, but it has some triuths to it.

You are beating your head against a brick wall sorry. There will always be opposition to the church because it is true. Satan even knows it, why do you think he fights so hard against it and twists others hearts to hate the church???
Just don't worry about it, share your testimony when you can and endure to the end!

People put us down because Satan secretly prompts many people to hate us because he wants all men to be miserable like him, and others learn from their "friends", and there's a chain reaction... You are right...

Although I might add, even though we aren't putting down other churches... YOU seem to be awfully rude about it... while it is good to defend the church, there is no reason to get so angry about it. Lighten up!

Go to Apologetics index, under "cults" look up Mormonism-read it for yourself. Most Mormons do not understand their religion. Thats why they are so easily misled.
Go to the anti-Mormon websites, look at what they charge the Mormon church with -then try to "prove" them wrong.
