Headaches are caused by many reasons, sinus infections, allergies, sinus scarring from infections,tension/stress. If you feel as though you are going to pass out, I would contact a doc. I've had severe migraines but never felt like I could pass out.

Low blood sugar? I'd go to the doc and ask for blood tests. Maybe it's a vitamin or mineral deficiency. Guys have been known to have anemia, even though it is thought of as a female problem. Try eating small snacks more often throughout the day and see if you feel better.
