Are you talking about one of those cards where you pay up front and it's more like a debit card? If you are they are kind of pointless. If you need better credit and you already have a credit score, go to myfico.com and they will give you the tools to clean up your credit. If you have not had credit, see if there is someone willing to put your name on their credit card (you don't need to spend anyting, just have your name on their account until you get your own card). Verizon reports credit, so if you have a home or cell phone make sure you pay your bill on time. Also, try Providian or store cards they give credit pretty easy.

please go to www.ripoffreport.com and type in orchard bank before you get one.
HORRIBLE reports on them there.
As for the one you are talking about, I have not heard of them but you should check them out there while you are at it.

Dunno if it is a good card or not because I have NO personal experience with them but it would be good to read the experiences of others so that you can at least have some idea as to what to expect.
GOOD LUCK
