Talk to him as there might be a reason for this. He could have been hurt in the past and thats why he is like this. Try and sort it out if you really want to be with him. You have to work on a relationship to get the best out of it.
Good luck

i too had this problem.

the reason people are jealous is because they are insecure ... what you need to do is confront him and tell him that he has no reason to be jealous and that you love him and so on ... tell him he needs to stop this behavior IMMEDIATELY!

if this doesn't work ask him " Am I doing something wrong that is making you not trust me ... and get jealous ? " because maybe there is something that you are doing unknowingly that is causing this jealously - maybe you are not showing him you love him enough which is making him feel scared - which leads to jealous?

Basically my advice is TALK TO HIM. Communication is always number 1 --- get into his mind - and help him change.

Let him know your relationship is riding on it.

If he doesn't change please leave him - it only gets worse with time. You dont want to be married to someone like this.

It depends on what he is jealous over? Your friends? Your family? If you really want the relationship to work you are going to have to show him that he can trust you and that you aren't going to do anything wrong. Most of the time when someone is jealous there is something in their past that made them act that way. Don't let him control your life but show him that you really care about him and that there isn't anything you would do to hurt your relationship.

I have to deal with a jealous boyfriend as well. It's difficult, but I suggest that you just try to level with him. Try to understand why he's getting jealous, then go from there. I hate having such a jealous boyfriend, but I can have my jealous moments as well.

A nice swift kick to the nether regions works wonders if he's becoming a total jerk about it. Or just sending him packing to the curb works too!! Then again, asking him what his problems are and seeing if you two can work them out is another alternative. Yet, if he's already demanding to know where you're going and who just called you on your phone or what your doing dressed like that(a bad sign!), the it's definitely time to toss him already!! And not just becasue that that is the kind of behavior that leads up to kidnapping, beatings, rape, etc.

you must be too hot to handle. It all depends on what makes him jealous. a hug shouldn't make him jealous but if you're kissing another guy even on the cheek, that will do it.

If you're the type of girl that likes to flirt with other guys, or like to say that other guys are cute, and he knows,,.. just think about what you would think if he expressed his attraction about other girls, maybe girls you think are busted even, think about what you would do if he flirted with other girls..., or met a girl at a party you both attended and then went to go hang out with her(without you),....Then ask yourself one question, would it bother you or not? If it would, then you should reevaluate yourself. If it wouldnt then you should consider breaking off the relationship.
A lot of you girls don't know this, but breaking up with a guy could be his lucky break, especially if you are both young and he spends a lot of money on you.

The first thing to do is ask yourself if he has cause to be jealous.

If the fault lies with you: change your behavior.

Otherwise:Talk to him, explain that you are hurt by his jealous attitude, because it shows that he doesn't trust you.

Ultimately: If he can not trust you, drop him because he will hurt you by constantly mistrusting you and it will only get worse as the time passes by.
