I go to his church on wednesdays because i enjoy it. it has become hard for me because he doesnt say hey to me anymore or even acknowlege me but when he happens to look at me i see the love he has for me in his eyes. ALSO i have to give up hanging out with his family which has pretty much become mine. i dont want to do things that are going to hurt him because i care about him. I love the boy to death. what should i do???

If he's still looking at you there may be some interest. Maybe his family thinks you shouldn't get back together for one reason or another and so he doesn't chat. If you really feel that deep down he still has some interest in you, go talk to him or you will always be wondering. If you broke up because you argue too much, tell him you would like to get back together but that you would like to take a relationship class together to learn how to argue constructively, listening to each other's concerns, and not screaming. You need to learn the art of compromise. You already have your religion in common which is a plus, and you must have many more things in common, or you wouldn't have been together in the first place. Good Luck!

Let him go, sister. That's the best thing. I cannot imagine how awkward it would be to hang out with his fam after your relationship is over! Wow. Even though you might be close to them, that is a sure-fire way to keep your feelings for him close to the surface. You'll never get over him that way. You might love him a lot, but if he doesn't love you back (or love you in the same way), that's not a good situation for you. You sound like a smart, God-fearing girl and you shouldn't have a problem finding someone new.
Good luck! :-)
