Any painless way to get it out??

If you cant reach the splinter and it is not causing unbearable pain leave it alone. It will work its way out on its own.

painless? how big is this thing? Some splinters are easily removed with tape, some need tweezers...i have had to use a razor on a splinter once, boy was it a honker! Just clean the area well with soap & water, maybe some hand sanitizer, and pull that puppy out with a tweezer...maybe you can snip it out with a fingernail clipper (ive done that before too) if its REAL painful, try a little topical anesthetic like solarcaine or ambesol, but really, is that necessary? maybe an ice cube to numb it a little?

use elmers glue or nail polish and paint over the splinter let it dry and peel it off
