anyone live in that area & ride? We are looking at a farm in that area & wondered what the bridleways/riding is like?

Here is an area that I would say could be excellent. The no
holes fields are an issue. The land grading is hard to find. In
that question if that is the problem and farm is traditional,
with good soil, and watering then it is a deal. Almost all the
estates with top quality stock are likely to be have the newest
farm trade. If you can settle with country gentry and taverns
or fruit stands there is a good amount of work with the old
horses of this very well tamed carriage. Getting off the ocean,
and keeping that in mind is a very good bargain, how close
