Is it that you just cant bring these itmes in carry on but are allowed in luggage?

You can pack your suitcase with whatever you'd like. It's the carry-on that has to adhere to the restrictions on liquid items.

i'm undecided approximately Canada, yet interior the US, definite. and you will take nutrition on your carry-on--as long as that is not any longer in liquid form. Even liquid-like issues, like yogurt, pudding, or apple sauce, are no longer allowed. yet i've got introduced each and every form of issues in my carry-ons on family members flights, jointly with chips, granola bars, nuts, total oranges, and shrink up vegetables. Tea, you are able to take everywhere too.

You can pack everything as before as long as you check the luggage...if you have a carryon...that is where the restrictions come into play....

All of that can go in checked luggage

pack whatever you want, carry ons cant be more than 3oz each tho.
