TOMORROW, my fiance and I are getting married! It is just going to be a quick civil ceremony. We are having our religious ceremony at a later date. With V day right around the corner, do you guys have any suggestions? His bday was on Sunday and I got him a gorgeous dress watch so I'd like to not spend as much this time around since that watch cost me a pretty penny. Ideas???

If your husband and you are getting married it doesnt really matter how much you spend or what you get the fact is that your present is coming from the heart. If he proposed to you ,you know that he wants to spend the rest of his life with you and all he wants is "YOU".So an ideal gift would be cook his favorite food, put candles out, and rent a movie that you guys have been dieing to see.Thats a GREAT gift to spend with your new fiancee .. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please email back if this ideas works or you want better i will look into google.com and search please keep in contact...... thank you !

I would go out and buy the best birthday card you can find, which expresses your feelings for him best - upon the card I would add how much your feelings are for him and put a rose within - this you can later press within the card and it will also be a symbol of his birthday in the year you married him throughout your marriage. Gifts remember come in all shapes and sizes and it is not the cost but the meaning of the gift.

Get him a silver money clip and have it engraved whatever you like (or something like): To my husband,
Happy first married VDay
Your wife

Here's a link. it will cost you as little as 35 dollars, but since it's silver it will last a long time and will be an heirloom.

Surely the fact you have both just got married and commit ed yourselves to each other for the rest of your lives is enough of a present.
Congratulations to you both and may you have many happy years together.
Spend the day exclusively with him and no one else thats romantic and costs nothing

I would just get him a wonderfully sweet Valentines day card. If he is marrying you, then he should believe that you are the best present he could ever get.

You can also buy some kind of sexy lingerie both for valentines day, and honeymoon! :D

Your getting married,, you do realise that would be the last time you can sloath off to the pub and see the lads. You do realise that as soon as your signiture is on that cert you aint going to be able to buy that new mobile phone that you saw the other day. You have thought of the implications of thiis. It's the end of your freedom dude,,,oh,,,hold on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,your a bird.

I take it all back.

Save the money for the bills....seriously. Unless you guys are really well off..you don't need to be buying presents for each other. There are other more imporant things to buy like a home. =)
